Subscription renews automatically until cancelled.
No refunds once a billing period has begun.

Hutsy is not a lender and does not guarantee approval or specific loan terms.
5. User ObligationsYou agree to use the Services lawfully, provide accurate information, and safeguard your credentials.
6. DisclaimersHutsy offers guidance only and does not provide legal, financial, or credit repair services as defined by U.S. law. All use is “as is.”
7. Limitation of LiabilityHutsy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 6 months.
8. TerminationYou may cancel anytime. We may terminate access for violations or non-payment.
9. Governing Law & ArbitrationThese Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware. Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
