By accessing or using Hutsy’s website, dashboard, or AI Co-Pilot (“Services”), you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and reside in the United States.

3. Subscription & Payment

Monthly fee of $10 USD, billed via Stripe.

Subscription renews automatically until cancelled.

No refunds once a billing period has begun.

4. Nature of Service

Hutsy provides AI-based educational tools and connects users to loan opportunities from 50+ lending partners.

Hutsy is not a lender and does not guarantee approval or specific loan terms.

5. User Obligations

You agree to use the Services lawfully, provide accurate information, and safeguard your credentials.

6. Disclaimers

Hutsy offers guidance only and does not provide legal, financial, or credit repair services as defined by U.S. law. All use is “as is.”

7. Limitation of Liability

Hutsy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 6 months.

8. Termination

You may cancel anytime. We may terminate access for violations or non-payment.

9. Governing Law & Arbitration

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware. Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
