Welcome to Hutsy (“Hutsy,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using Hutsy’s services, including our AI financial assistant, website, and messaging experiences (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. What Hutsy Is

Hutsy is a personal financial guidance platform that analyzes user-provided financial data to deliver personalized insights, recommendations, and alerts related to credit, spending, bills, and financial decisions.

Hutsy is not a bank, lender, credit bureau, or financial advisor. We do not guarantee credit score changes, loan approvals, or financial outcomes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use Hutsy.

3. WhatsApp Communication Requirement

Hutsy primarily communicates with users through WhatsApp. By using Hutsy, you agree that:

• You have an active WhatsApp account and phone number.
• You consent to receiving messages from Hutsy and its AI Copilot via WhatsApp.
• You are responsible for maintaining access to your WhatsApp number.

If your WhatsApp number becomes inactive or unreachable, core features of the Service may not function.

4. Account Registration & Data Connections

To access Hutsy’s core features, you must create an account and securely connect your bank and/or credit accounts through third-party providers. You authorize Hutsy to access, analyze, and process this data solely to provide personalized guidance, alerts, and insights.

5. Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellation

Subscription Fees: Hutsy is a paid subscription service. Pricing is disclosed at signup and billed on a recurring basis.

No Refund Policy: All subscription fees are non-refundable, including unused time or partial billing periods.

Cancellation: To cancel your subscription, you must email contact@hutsy.com. Cancellations must be submitted before your next billing date to avoid future charges. Access continues through the end of the current billing period.

6. No Guarantees

Hutsy provides recommendations based on available data. We do not guarantee credit score improvements, loan eligibility, savings, or the accuracy of third-party data. All financial decisions remain your responsibility.

7. Third-Party Services

Hutsy integrates with third-party providers for data aggregation and lending. We are not responsible for their availability or accuracy; your use of those services is subject to their respective terms.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services or use Hutsy for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hutsy is not liable for financial losses, credit impacts, missed payments, or indirect damages arising from use of the Services.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Hutsy constitutes acceptance of any updates.
