These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Hutsy’s bill negotiation and subscription management services. By signing up and using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided Hutsy helps users:
  • Detect and analyze their bills and subscriptions.
  • Select which bills to negotiate for potential savings.
  • Approve successful bill negotiations and savings.
  • Cancel unwanted subscriptions at their request.
2. Fees & Payments
  • Subscription Fee: Hutsy charges $9.99 per month after a 7-day free trial for continued access to our services.
  • Bill Negotiation Fee: Hutsy charges 50% of the first year’s savings upfront once a successful negotiation is approved.
  • Subscription Cancellation Fee: Users are charged a $5 fee per canceled subscription.
  • All charges are non-refundable.
3. User Responsibilities
  • You agree to provide accurate financial information and keep your account secure.
  • You acknowledge that bill negotiations are not guaranteed and depend on your service providers.
  • You authorize Hutsy to communicate with service providers on your behalf to negotiate bills.
